Most vehicles in our fleet require drivers to be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Some models are available to drivers aged 21–24 with valid insurance, a clean record, and a young-driver daily fee — typically $25/day depending on the vehicle class.

Higher-value exotics such as the Ferrari F8 Tributo, McLaren 720S Spider, and Rolls-Royce Cullinan Black Badge have a firm 25+ requirement regardless of insurance.

We confirm age requirements specific to your chosen vehicle when you request a quote — no surprises at delivery.

You will need a valid driver's license issued in the renter's name, matching the name on the credit card used for deposit.

A major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) in the renter's name is required for the security deposit hold — debit cards are not accepted for deposit.

International renters must present their passport along with a valid license from their home country. If your license uses a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Chinese, Russian, etc.), an International Driving Permit is also required.

All documents are checked at delivery — we photograph the license and credit card front for our records as required by our insurance carrier.

Yes — we deliver to Miami International Airport (MIA), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), and Opa-Locka Executive Airport (OPF) for private aviation arrivals.

We also deliver to all major South Beach and Miami Beach hotels, Brickell residences, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, Bal Harbour, and Doral.

Delivery to MIA and FLL is complimentary for rentals of 3+ days. Single-day rentals and longer-distance deliveries carry a fee disclosed upfront when you request a quote.

Our driver will meet you at arrivals or at your hotel valet — coordinate exact timing via text message the day before delivery.

Our minimum rental period is 24 hours — one full day from the time of delivery to the agreed return time.

We do not offer hourly rentals for personal use. Photo shoots and music video productions may qualify for a half-day rate — contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Multi-day and weekly packages come with significant discounts: 3-day packages save 10% and weekly packages save up to 20% off the daily rate. Weekly pricing is listed on each vehicle's detail page.

We also accommodate open-ended rentals for guests who plan to extend — simply notify us 24 hours before your scheduled return and we'll confirm availability and pricing.

Basic state-minimum liability insurance is included in every rental at no additional charge — you are covered for third-party damage and bodily injury as required by Florida law.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) are available for purchase and will be presented with clear pricing during the booking process.

You may also use your own personal auto insurance policy or credit card travel insurance if they provide coverage for exotic rentals — we will need a copy of your declarations page before delivery.

Security deposits range from $1,500 to $5,000 depending on vehicle class and are held as a pre-authorization on your credit card — not a charge — released within 3–5 business days after clean return.

Standard rentals include 100–150 miles per day, depending on the vehicle class.

Additional mileage beyond the daily allowance is charged at a per-mile rate disclosed upfront — typically $2–4 per mile depending on vehicle value.

If you're planning a longer drive — for example, Miami to Key West (approx. 160 miles round trip) or Miami to Orlando (approx. 480 miles round trip) — let us know when booking and we'll arrange an appropriate mileage package at a discounted rate.

Out-of-state travel to Georgia, Tennessee, or elsewhere requires advance approval and may affect insurance coverage — contact us before your trip to confirm eligibility.

Cancellations made 48 or more hours before the scheduled pickup time receive a full refund of any deposit paid — no questions asked.

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before pickup may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable.

Modifications to pickup date, time, or location can be made up to 24 hours before your rental subject to fleet availability — most changes are accommodated at no charge.

For weather-related cancellations or force majeure events in the Miami area, we evaluate on a case-by-case basis and always work to find an acceptable solution for our clients.

All vehicles are delivered with a full tank of premium 93-octane fuel as required by the engine specifications of each supercar and luxury vehicle.

We ask that you return the vehicle at the same fuel level it was delivered. This is the "full-to-full" policy standard across our fleet.

If the vehicle is returned below the agreed fuel level, a refueling fee applies: the cost of fuel plus a $35 service fee.

Please use 93+ octane premium fuel only — using regular 87 or mid-grade in a Ferrari, Lamborghini, or McLaren can damage the engine and void coverage, and the cost of repairs will be the renter's responsibility.

All vehicles in our fleet are strictly non-smoking — this includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and marijuana, regardless of Florida law.

Any evidence of smoking in a returned vehicle will result in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning and deodorizing fee, deducted from the security deposit.

Depending on the severity of the odor, additional charges may apply if professional detailing cannot fully remediate the cabin.

Our detailing team inspects every vehicle upon return. The pre-rental condition photographs serve as the baseline reference.

We serve all of Miami-Dade and Broward counties, including Miami Beach, South Beach, Brickell, Downtown Miami, Wynwood, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, and Doral.

In Broward County we deliver to Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, Bal Harbour, Fort Lauderdale, and Pembroke Pines.

Airport delivery is available at Miami International Airport (MIA), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL), and Opa-Locka Executive Airport (OPF) for private jet arrivals.

Yes — we work regularly with photography studios, record labels, influencers, and production houses across South Florida.

Photo shoot and music video rentals are typically priced at a half-day or full-day rate. Multiple vehicles can be arranged for convoy shots or fleet photography.

We can coordinate locations across Miami Beach, Wynwood, Brickell, Port of Miami, and Homestead for dramatic backdrops — our team has connections with local location scouts.

A production insurance certificate naming Velora Exotics LLC as additional insured is required for all commercial production rentals. Contact us at info@veloraexotics.com for a production brief package.

The security deposit is held as a credit card pre-authorization — it is not a charge — at the time of delivery and confirmation of the rental agreement.

Deposit amounts range from $1,500 for entry-level sport vehicles (e.g. BMW M4, Porsche 911) to $5,000 for flagship exotics (Lamborghini Huracan, Ferrari F8, McLaren 720S, Rolls-Royce).

The pre-authorization is released within 3–5 business days after the vehicle is returned clean, undamaged, and on time. Release timing depends on your card issuer, not us.

Any deductions from the deposit — for damage, excess mileage, fuel, or late return — are documented with photographs and a written itemization provided to you by email within 24 hours of return.
